Greetings all, - This post was in the Feature section so I moved it here.

First post here so I thought I'd take the opportunity to put in a difficult request.

The sounds in this game are better than any vanilla stage shooter to date. Now, I'm not asking for echoic reflection feature such as that seen in Battlefield:BC but ask that you consider the possibility of a sound delay from a distance shot or shots.

Where the thought stems from:

Cast your minds back to Castle Wolfenstein and a particular area outside where a lone sniper featured in a tower in the distance. You saw the muzzle flash in the distance a moment later you heard the shot. Now, on DoI snipers in Coop take up clever and alternating positions on some maps which would suit this type of implementation perfectly. A nice touch, no?

Would this be achievable or the ramblings of a realism fantasist?

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
