Noticed you guys added different styles for German officers, (Looks sweet by the way!) and seeing as the Americans don't have any different style to them, I figured this might be a cool idea:

Now from what I heard this was only done to guys fighting in Europe and wasn't done 100% of the time. However from what I know, it was a very common practice used to help identify officers and soldiers of a higher rank.

(Vertical White Line for officers goes at the back of the helmet. Gold Oak Leaf is more optional, but it goes at the front of a Major(or higher)'s helmets)
